Emergency Plumbing

Gas emergencies are treated as a priority, call us if you smell gas, or if you think you may have a gas leak. Beel Plumbing can pressure test the gas fitting line to locate possible leaks. Our plumbers are licensed gasfitters and comply with current regulations.

Gas & Electric hot water unit repairs. A gas or electric hot water unit may be in need of replacement if it is leaking from the water storage cylinder. Plumbers can relight gas hot water units, replace faulty valves, or find leaking hot water pipes on either unit, but you need your Electrician if your electric hot water unit has stopped heating.

Beel Plumbing can carry out a carbon monoxide test on your gas heater if you are concerned about heater emissions.

Burst pipes or taps that cannot be turned off. Beel Plumbing can investigate, locate and repair or replace pipes or tapware/fixtures as required. We have specialised listening equipment to pinpoint leaks in difficult to access areas ie: wall cavities.

Maintenance Plumbing

Many plumbing problems can be averted by carrying out fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or even annual maintenance to plumbing fixtures. We have many commercial sites ie: Golf Clubs, Nursing Homes & Hospitals that have Beel plumbing attend on a regular basis to carry out checks to hot water units, heaters and check all tap & toilets for any leaks or deterioration.

By doing this we are able to identify a problem before it breaks down or interferes with the day to day operations of commercial sites.

Energy Safe Victoria and the Victorian Building Authority recommends all gas water heaters, space heaters and central heaters be serviced at least every 2 years by a registered or licenced gasfitter to ensure they are working properly and to keep your occupants safe. We use a Carbon Monoxide (CO) analyser to test for carbon monoxide spillage.
